The Idea

After the conception of the customer journey “A Family Resemblance” developed in Nice, and the standardization of the key concept elements, Generous coordinated and supervised Carmila’s teams to ensure its proper roll-out. Sites audit, architects coaching, control of the concept execution, monitoring of the preliminary design book and its adaptations site by site, help in budget management. A two-year collaboration to conceive 44 mall galleries rolled out throughout France.
